Your jewellery will be available to collect from our flagship store. You will need to bring your order number and photographic identification for security purposes.

This option is only available for goods under £500. Insurance is not included and the items will be posted at the customer’s own risk. If you would prefer insurance, please select the Special Delivery option. Or, FedEx for International deliveries. Goods are usually delivered between 3-5 days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
This option includes insurance and is only available for goods being delivered within the UK and requires a signature upon delivery. We strongly recommended that customers inspect their goods before signing for delivery to ensure full insurance cover. Goods are usually delivered before 1pm the following day. NB Royal Mail is currently not guaranteeing next day delivery and it can take up to 5 working days.
This option includes insurance up to the value of £5,000 but it is only available to customers who are outside the UK. We strongly recommended that customers inspect their goods before signing for delivery to ensure full insurance cover. Goods are usually delivered between 3-5 days.
We know you will love your Robinson Pelham jewel, but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 14 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you (please be aware that we cannot refund the initial delivery/insurance surcharge).
Please call us on +44 (0)20 7828 3492 stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely in the original Robinson Pelham box. We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on special order items or items that have been engraved or personalised at your request.
If, for any unfortunate reason, your jewellery is faulty, then we will happily exchange like for like or arrange a full refund for you, including the initial delivery/insurance surcharge.
In order for you to receive your replacement item or your refund, we will need to receive the faulty item in its original packaging. We highly recommend that you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this. For international customers, we can arrange the collection of your faulty goods. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

For security reasons, we do not store customer credit/debit card details at Robinson Pelham. Therefore, on receipt of your returns form, we will contact you by phone and ask for your card details in order to arrange the refund via the original payment method. It may take 5 to 7 working days before your transaction appears on your statement.
